I just checked on the industry version of imdb, and I got this synopsis:
A wealthy couple in a strained marriage hosts an open house in order to sell their palatial home. They are horrified to find out days later that one potential buyer never left their house.
I think it should be the same one, though the status has been left at “in development”!

Ooh! Thanks for the info, Daphne! Actually, I really like the idea of this film, and aside from Memory and Spiral, neither of which were particularly “horrific”, I haven’t seen Tricia in a scary film. At any rate, indie horror movies usually turn out more effective than some of the more commercial ones. I hope this is good!

of course!! Anything I can do to help you with this fabulous site
I agree. I am such a wuss when it comes to horror movies though, so I’m likely to be half-covering my eyes the whole time if it really does turn out to be pretty scary!!

Aww, thank you!
Haha, I know the feeling. I just hope it’ll be genuinely scary, not just bloody, because bloody isn’t scary, it’s just gross. Scary, I can handle. Gore, not so much. I can watch The Exorcist, but not Saw, you know what I mean? Which means if it turns out to be a slasher movie I am going to have one hell of a time trying to cap it with my eyes covered.
