Canadian actress and former model Tricia Helfer is one of Hollywood’s rising acting talents, best known for her portrayal of humanoid Cylon Number Six in the critically acclaimed Sci Fi series, Battlestar Galactica. More recently, Helfer has starred in Andrew Paquin and Jonathan Sobol's respective directorial debuts Open House and A Beginner's Guide to Endings. I have a twitter but I’m not really using it. I’m using facebook more. I’ll revive my Twitter and see about getting it going again.
What I can’t stand about twitter is when CNN read off what people are saying on Twitter. I really don’t care what Average Joe has to say on Twitter.

@rawhidekid: Haha, I get what you mean. It’s quite astonishing how big Twitter has become since the early days.
I think the reason I wanted one for the site is that e.g. posting a big update about a new event, or even a smaller one, takes quite a bit of time, so posting a quick update on Twitter will alert people not only to a new event, but also an upcoming media update on the main site. Also, having Twitter allows me to post links and updates on smaller news that don’t necessarily “fit” the main site, which is more suited for larger updates.
